Due to the coronavirus pandemic my fitness coaching services will be offered solely online. We are fortunate that we have a wealth of ways to connect via technology. I offer my services via Zoom, Skype, or the training app Trainerize, where I have pre-written program plans that could be done independently. All programs are discounted, in addition, monthly membership has been discounted by 60% for the first month. This program includes coaching and accountability with customized workout plans, in-app messaging, and weekly check-ins. This all begins with a free consultation and virtual assessment. I’m leaving my original introduction below – from the ripped out reality that once was – because one day we will return to those times. We will come out wiser, more resourceful and have a higher appreciation for those small moments that make life meaningful.

I’m a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist – graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy, located in NYC- ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’ve been working in these fields for 9 and 12 years, respectively. I thoroughly enjoy my work and look forward to every session! The manual therapies I offer are, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular therapy, and CranioSacral therapy – to address a particular muscular discomfort, manage pain, decrease swelling, and improve range of motion.

As an exercise and health professional, I want to help you tune into your body so that you learn how to improve your movements. I will guide you through a systematic approach teaching you optimal body mechanics for your frame. A customized program will be planned after a consultation and assessment via Skype or Zoom.

With this blog I hope to inspire, motivate, and provide some insight on the maintenance of our bodies! I believe exercise is medicine and many muscular pains can be managed or diminished with the appropriate therapeutic treatment plan.
