My name is Corina, I’m a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy, and a Certified Personal Trainer in practice for over 10 years. I’m certified by NASM and ACE with a specialty in corrective exercise. This pin-points muscle imbalances, and addresses movement compensations, so you learn to move better, decrease risk of injury, and truly maximize your fitness gains. If you are experiencing neck tension, lower back tension, or any type of tension that is limiting your movement, a muscle imbalance is usually at play. This is like your body playing an internal tug of war with under/over-active muscles.
As an exercise and health professional, I want to help you tune into your body, so that you learn how to move with ease. A customized program will be planned after a consultation and assessment via Skype or Zoom. We’ll find a routine that will suit your lifestyle and keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals.
