I’m feeling an overwhelming amount of fascination for the myriad capabilities of body mechanics. It can manifest in so many ways – a graceful fluid movement, explosive brusque power, smooth and coordinated or unstable and injury prone. It inspired a bit of a fitness poem within me, that I would like to share.
Exercise with gratitude
the body is amazing, capable of movement in various directions
Exercise with purpose
mindfully train your mobility, stability, flexibility and strength
To propel you through the journey of life
Exercise with connected breath
coordinate your breath to your movements
Exhale on exertion
Mobilize the body
Enhance the mind
Our bodies are magnificent, fuel them respectfully.
